When MINI Australia were looking for a face of their new ‘connected’ car launch in Australia, they came to theright.fit to find not only their hero talent, but also makeup artist, and background extras. They were looking for someone who embodied to car – driven, connected, tech savvy and hard working. They booked Taryn Williams – her success as an entrepreneur made her the perfect person to demonstrate how technology like MINI Connected can make a person’s professional and personal life easier.
“All the talent were fantastic to work with, we had a lot of content to capture in a short amount of time and her professional approach and easy going attitude meant we were able to capture everything we needed to and more.” – Mini Cooper Australia
For Taryn, founding two successful businesses with one expanding into Singapore means time’s of the essence. That’s why she treats each piece of technology with a capsular approach. Everything has a purpose and a function – to maximise time and efficiency. The inbuilt conceirge service, connected app and other smooth features of the Mini 3-door hatch really appealed to Taryn’s busy schedule.
They shot Taryn in the video and stills campaign, and engaged her to amplify the content by sharing it to her own audience too.
They selected actors Kenneth Lew and Anna Bui, together with hair & makeup artist, Deb Fabis to bring the campaign to life. The entire process from posting the brief to finding the perfect talent took less than 48 hours. It was seamless and easy just like the Mini 3-door hatch.
At the end of the day we all lead busy lives. However, when technology connects people, campaigns and ideas to life this effortlessly it leaves more time to stop and smell the roses and really enjoy the fruits of your labour.
