I am an elite sailor campaigning for the 2024 Olympic Games in the Nacra17 which is a foiling catamaran. I am also a strength & conditioning coach for the small business I own called Future Athletic.
I represent Australia all over the world on the World Sailing Circuit but am based in Newcastle, NSW.
I am passionate about womens sport and all things fitness and lifestyle.
Competing in an extreme sports comes with so many opportunities to create content as well as my fitness and travel/lifestyle, I am very lucky to live the life I do traveling all over the world for sport.
Sailing is a male dominated sport (like so many others…) and I know through my actions and content I will be able to make a difference in my own sport and other sports to champion women at the front!
