Love your life, every minute of it!

Those long summer nights are finally here and it’s definitely not as hard to squeeze in an outdoor workout session down at the beach after work or on the weekend (so long winter!). So with all this glorious sunshine in abundance we decided to speak to our beautiful model & health/fitness guru about how she utilizes her time in the summer!

Hype machine – it’s a website that tracks all the blogs all over the world and every time a song gets blogged, it gets noted. The most popular songs are compiled into a list and it makes for some amazing creative tunes! Perfect for a workout playlist.

Sportsluxe style activewear while running my business, working out doesn’t have to be daggy! When it hits dusk it’s beautiful silks and heels for all the amazing events I get to attend.

The best job I’ve had…

Exactly what i’m doing now! My business is my passion and my drive – a holistic group training / 1-1 PT business called Bondi Outdoor.

This summer will be spent…

Running Bondi Outdoor, spending a lot of time at the beach and soaking up the incredible sun!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given in your modelling career…

Don’t take anything personally – and it was great. You go to so many castings and get rejected over and over – you have to learn that it’s not about you, it’s about what they want for their business and that isn’t a personal thing. In fact they will probably keep you in mind for other campaigns you are more suitable for. First impressions count!

What’s your favourite thing about the modelling industry…

The creative people you meet! Everyone is a little entrepreneur and I’m super inspired and motivated by their dedication, passion and tenacity to be successful and make a living out of what they love.

How do you keep your body in such amazing shape…

Training hard, eating well, walking lots! As a Personal Trainer I’ve learnt what to do to reach the shape I like for myself, and I love that I can pass this understanding along to others.

Health advice for aspiring models…

The most important thing to do is take care of your body – it’s not about being skinny! The girls that get booked the most enjoy their careers and work the best when they are full of genuine energy from wholesome nutrition. Photographic shoots can be extremely long and you need to have the stamina to see the whole day through.

Tell us a bit more about your business Bondi Outdoor… 

We aren’t just a stock standard group training facility – we are holistic – each member goes through our goal setting program; we provide clean recipes and have partnerships with aligned wellness providers like naturopaths & chiropractors, supplement companies and raw food businesses that provide discounts to our members.

For my personal clients, I provide health and lifestyle consultations – aimed to identify beliefs and behaviours that promote – or restrict – them reaching their full potential.

Olivia has recently launched her Personal Training & Holistic Health Training business BONDI OUTDOOR.
