Payment Process on theright.fit

At theright.fit we want to ensure that you get paid for your work in a quick and timely manner. The last thing we want is for you to be up at night wondering why you haven’t been paid and if you ever will be. Thats why we have a safe, secure, and quick way that guarantee’s you (whether you’re a client or talent) won’t be at a loss.

The system we use is STRIPE and you will be prompted to create an account when applying for a job on theright.fit (if you’re a client you’ll just enter your card details when posting a job/booking a talent). Stripe is a trusted payment platform (think paypal) so we have a safe place to transfer funds to you. You will not be able to submit yourself for a job without an account. Don’t be put off when it asks you for your ABN etc just put in the link to your theright.fit profile and for the company name just put your own name! Easy as that 🙂

Clients: We will pre authorise your card 48 hours prior to the job to ensure there are funds in your account to be transferred to talent once it has been completed. Once the job has been completed you have 24 hours to let us know if there are any issues e.g overtime, issues with timing etc

Talent: Funds will be transferred into your account within 48 hours of the job however we ask you always remember that this will depend on 1. the bank you’re with 2. Whether the 48 hours falls over a week (eg. not business day) if there is any overtime or discrepancy please let us know within 8 hours of the job to contact along with the job number so we can process it for you.

We understand how important it is that you are rewarded for your hard work so we want to make this process as easy and stress free as possible. Rest assured we do not hold the funds, they are always transferred safely and securely directly to you.
