Hi I'm Abbey, not only am the Dance Nutritionist, I’m also a triple threat myself! As a professional performer I’m make my way, Singing, dancing & acting around the world! I’m based in Sydney Australia but I’m often travelling between contracts, this includes jumping between cruise ships as a guest entertainer, flights and lots of stylish travel! Whilst doing this I always share my journey with my community… My community on social media love new products, tips and strategies to help them stay fit and value my opinion. I share all things ‘Health & Wellness’! Throughout my 20+ years in the Performing Arts Industry, some of my biggest achievements to date is staring as 'Alice' the main Character in the hit children's show 'FriendzSpace' on ABCME, Performing alongside artists such as Delta Goodrem and performing in world renown Musicals such as "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" in the Sydney Capitol Theatre and "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" in The Sydney State Theatre. My goal is to continue inspiring other performers to chase their dreams in EVERY area… whether it’s on the stage or in the kitchen. 😉
