Hi my name is Aimee, I’m Pilates Instructor and have been for around 4 years have always had a love for health and fitness. My passion and take on my Instagram is to influence people to move their body confidently motivate people to become the healthiest, strongest person yet and to take time to look after themselves. I’m a lover of all things movement, activewear, sustainable clean natural products and anything reformer and mat!! I have started to build great friendships on Instagram with other like minded Pilates instructors cloe bunter/ Pilates with April / Elle wellness/ Hans Hustle and have recently jumped onboard with fwdform supplements My take on Instagram always trying new things keep it fun and exciting. I am a bubbly person always willing to give things a shot and just want to show people they can do anything they set their mind to!! I would love to collaborate with like minded people.
