Isabella Lam

I’m a Pole Fitness instructor. I live on the beautiful Central Coast - Australia, 10 minutes away from the beach. In my everyday job and studies I advocate for body confidence, empowerment and inclusiveness within the fashion, fitness and wellness industry - as a pole instructor I get many kinds of students of all kinds of ages and body shapes so it is my passion to make them feel good about themselves and to help facilitate a supportive environment. I’m also a University student in a healthcare field, so my lifestyle is quite busy during placement, work and gym - so I really value health and balance and try to promote this as well! I’ve worked with brands such as Supre, LSKD, Evolve Activewear and Macros.
