Kia ora! I'm Alexx, I'm a Kiwi travel blogger, photographer and content creator with a passion for encouraging and empowering young women to explore the world confidently, safely and responsibly. I share all my adventures and misadventures through Finding Alexx, a multi-channel, relatable and authentic source of travel inspiration for young travellers. In the past four years I've created content for more than 150 travel and lifestyle brands in over 40 countries around the world, showcasing epic adventures, gamechanging products and beautiful destinations to my highly engaged audience, as well as providing companies and organisations with high quality marketing assets to use in their own channels. My content has a strong focus on finding epic experiences for all budgets, ethical tourism and sustainability, unique accommodation, and sharing brands and products who are having a positive impact on the travel experience. Outside of blogging, I'm a skilled tourism marketer with two degrees under my belt (Marketing & Psychology) as well as six years of experience working for the world's largest youth travel agency, most recently as UK Marketing Manager, before leaving the 9-5 life in 2019 and jumping into content creation full-time. I'm currently based (or stuck!) in New Zealand but will be spending 2-3 months road tripping Australia from next March and hopefully onwards to the USA and Europe after that.
