Oh hey there - I'm Allana! I'm an experienced Pilates teacher with qualifications in mat, reformer and pre & post natal Pilates. I'm also an entrepreneur, with my own reformer Pilates Studio in Sydney called Muse Pilates Studio. I'm also a wife and Mumma, with two toddlers and two pups. Yep life is busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way! I would love to contribute on topics including health, wellness, body image, Pilates, motherhood, entrepreneurship and small business.
