Hola!! I am a passionate cook and colourful Latina from Venezuela. My passion is sharing Latin food and culture. I have appeared on National TV in Australia first SBS’s The Chefs Line with Melissa Leong, second the recently aired Plate of Origin on Channel 7 and the recently aired Everyday gourmet on Channel 10. I have previously had recipes published in Don’t buy fruit & veg without me book, Colournary Magazine, Style Magazine, Skygate’s website and presented a series of main stage cooking demonstrations at EKKA with my show ‘Exotic Flavours with Local Ingredients’ and I have a strong social media presence with active followers. I have also undertaken collaborations with Skygate Brisbane Airport ,Barilla Australia, Tilda rice, Sweet Potato Australia, Avo fresh, Natvia, Baccarat, Ferrero Rocher and cosmic cookware Australia.
