Hello! My name is Alycia Conrad and I am a content creator focused on all things wellness, self care, women's health and happiness based in Los Angeles! I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Lupus and have been on a journey to a nontoxic way of living and spreading awareness with my community in a way that is still very me and girly and fun. I have a steadily growing platform where I advocate for women's health & wellness while also sharing my daily life and things that I love.
