Amanda Bjorkman

I am an Online Training & Nutrition Coach and started my business The Strong Mama Club in 2021. I am a Mum to a 1 year old girl, and competed in a body building show in 2019 before falling pregnant. Currently, I work as a brand ambassador with several brands including Optimum Nutrition, Fitcover, OneMoreRep, and My Muscle Chef. I have done professional photoshoots for all of these companies as well as for others such as Tweak & The Milk Boutique. My followers on Instagram know me for my personal journey with health and fitness, and now as a Mum showing the real day-to-day mum life and keeping fit while running a business.
