I am a registered exercise scientist and nutritionist, have been in the health and wellness industry for over 21 years and a fitness nut my entire life. Since completing my Exercise Science degree and Masters in Nutrition, I have enjoyed a career as a personal trainer, nutritionist, blogger, speaker, emcee & TV presenter.
I have a successful blog that reaches over 20k per month plus over 16k social followers, and an 8k active database.
I resonate really well with women, Mums especially (I have 4 bubs under 6!) as I am experienced, engaging, and knowledgeable.
I am one of the co-founders of the Michelle Bridges 12WBT, Voome and the Health & Fitness Expert on Channel 9 Today Extra, and A Current Affair. I speak regularly at events on the topic of business, health and parenting.
I am a marathon runner, love crossfit, boxing, weights, spin classes, Pump, and skiing. My secret weapon is a balanced approach; Real food, correct portion sizes, occasional treats, and the 80/20 rule.
My training philosophy: Feel the burn, love the burn!
My nutrition philosophy: Obsess less, love food, if in doubt use science to work it out.
