I am a modern day mumma as well as a Nutritionist and Wellness Coach. I have a 5 year old boy Beau and 4 year old girl Mya. I pride myself in beautiful content that’s relevant and relatable. My passion is health, nutrition, beauty, fitness and family recipes. I have had the opportunity to work with some wonderful brands like Seed, Iconic Kids, Life Space probiotics, beautiful skin care brands like Esmi and more.
