Hello! I am a vegan food blogger, food photographer, stylist and freelance chef. Through Rainbow Nourishments, I share tasty and beautiful plant-based recipes with a twist to a loyal and engaged audience. My content reaches people around 2.5 million times every month.
I love creating recipes and photographs for food and lifestyle brands and FMCGs. My photography and styling have been used in cookbooks, print and online advertising. Some of my current/past clients include LG Australia, Perfection Fresh (fruit and veg), Australian Blueberries, Maxwell Williams and Almond Breeze.
In late 2019, my first print cookbook Incredible Plant-based Desserts was released internationally. It was a bestseller on Amazon and Book Depository.
I have also held food workshops internationally and hosted pop-up wholefood dinners in Australia. I used to own a cake business so have a soft spot for desserts!
