Ash Besse

My name is Ash and I am a personal trainer of 8 years. My passion lies in health and fitness. Before becoming a trainer, I completed my Diploma of Performing Arts from ED5 International (Dancing, singing, acting) I am confident, bubbly and hard working. I pride myself on being a role model to my followers and clients, and put my health and wellness first. I am an incredibly quick learner and love to engage with like minded people. Before leaving Sydney, I was one of the head Nike Trainers, running group sessions for athletes all across Sydney. My motto is to always be the hardest worker in the room 😊
