Chelsea is an Australian swimmer that has competed at the most recent Olympic Games in Tokyo.
In 2021, at the age of 19, Chelsea went on to qualify for her debut Olympic Games after placing first in the 100m breaststroke final. In Tokyo, Hodges was part of the gold medal winning Women's 4x100m Medley Relay, posting a sensational time of 1:05.57 in her leg.
In early 2021, Chelsea claimed her first national titles when she won both the 50m and 100m breaststroke events at the 2021 Australian Open Championships.
In the 2022 Australia Day Honours Hodges was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia
Outside the pool, Hodges is studying a degree in nursing at Griffith University. When not studying or swimming, you can find Hodges enjoying her time camping and being outdoors.
