I’m first and foremost a creative. Professional performer and story teller. Mama to a wild toddler. Content creator and lover of all things health, fitness and wellness. I’ve done lots of jobs over the years including pilates instructor, barista, production assistant, dance teacher and cheerleader! I’m coffee and matcha enthusiast, seasoned traveler and I love finding the most delicious food wherever I travel to.
