Damian Hempstead

Performing since the age of 8yo in one form or another Damian has been pouring himself into many creative outlets. Making his stage debut as Oliver in Neil Gooding’s Musical ‘Oliver,’ followed by Opera Australia’s ‘The King and I.’ After taking up guitar and drums when he was 15yo, Damian discovered his love and talent for songwriting and released his debut single 'Perfect to Me' in January 2020 followed by his debut EP-SPLIT in April 2021 and co-directed his first music video for his Cannes World Film Festival winning single ‘Can’t Have You’ in March 2021. He is perhaps best known for his roles in the TV series ‘Deep Water,’ ’The Gamers 2037’ and Indie Film Festival Shorts ‘The Paper Rose,’ ‘Pepper’ & ‘Absolutes.’
