Ciao, I’m Dan Pasquali! I’m a Melbourne-based foodie, scientist, content creator, and proud former runner-up on The Great Australian Bake Off. I’m also super excited to be on Dessert Masters on Channel 10 this year! When I’m not whipping up scrumptious creations, you can find me living it up in the kitchen where there’s always a glittery party going on. My passion for baking, travel, fashion, food, and fitness means I’m always mixing things up with fun and fabulous recipes.
