I'm a Former nurse. Trained as a Doula in London 2008. I love Outdoor Ed and do a lot of excursions with the kids. We are homeschooling/unschooling. I am an Event organiser. Mum of 2 teen boys and a little girl. We love to travel. A Piano teacher. Beach is life. I am passionate about mental health and a coach for mainly mum's with anxiety. I also love encouraging youth to get outdoors and make the most of their lives. My son's help with this and with their own social media channels. Nature is like medicine to us. We also have a clinic where we specialize in detoxing products and working with naturopaths, herbalists, reflexologists and accupuncturists we coach people into a healthier lifestyle
