Based in Melbourne, I’m a busy business owner in the cat hotel space, dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable, and genuinely caring environment for every feline guest. My work is driven by a real love for animals and an understanding that every cat has its own personality, needs, and quirks. Running a business in this space keeps me on my toes, but it’s incredibly rewarding to know I’m providing peace of mind to pet owners while giving their cats a home-away-from-home experience. At home, life is just as lively. I share my space with my partner, a cheeky one-year-old German Wirehair Pointer who keeps us constantly entertained, and two Sphynx cats who definitely run the house. Being surrounded by animals both professionally and personally means there’s never a dull moment—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. When I’m not working, I make the most of every opportunity to travel with my partner. We’re especially drawn to beach destinations and diving adventures, always chasing warm water, good vibes, and unforgettable experiences. Along the way, we capture and share our travels through our vlog, @markandebs, documenting everything from laid-back coastal escapes to underwater discoveries.
