I'm Hayley, a 26-year-old single mum to a wild, wonderful 3 year-old boy who’s my sidekick in everything, including the gym! We share our real, unfiltered life full of fitness, fun, toddler chaos and everything in between. Our world is far from perfect, but it’s full of love, laughter and strength. I’m passionate about showing other women—especially mums—that it’s possible to chase your goals, embrace the mess, and find happiness in the hustle.
