I'm Helena! I am 28 years old and Sydney based. Fashion, wellness and skincare OBSESSED. I studied a bachelor of health science at the University of Sydney and I am a certified health and wellness coach, as well as nutritionist. I have worked with amazing brands such as Estee Lauder, Philips, Amazon, JS Health and many more but love working with smaller brands too. I love creating real, authentic content and have built up a large base of trustworthy, loyal followers (predominantly female).
