Holly Dalton

Hey guys! I am a 22 year old who lives in Melbourne! I am a Cast Member on Foxtel/Channel 10 National TV show Gogglebox for the past 14 seasons (7 seasons this far). Constantly being in the spotlight has now given me the confidence to be myself, act naturally and to exhibit a more playful side of my family dynamic. Initially, it was difficult to display our family dynamic to the public, because millions view the show and all have opinions – often these are expressed on social media, both positive and not so positive! I've always been a social (hopefully likeable) and witty type who says thinks quickly and makes others laugh. The TV experience led me into study, and I have just recently graduated from University, taking home a Bachelor of Media & Communications (PR & Advertising) degree. During my time at University, I was fortunate to become an ambassador and MC for Swinburne University of Technology, and also experience an internship at leading PR agency, Bastion Collective, as well as some previous work experience at Foxtel HQ in Sydney. Looking back on my years on television, I am grateful for the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to teach others how being honest, true to oneself, and carefree. I was particularly pleased knowing that I was able to entertain people during a pandemic and bring joy into someone's home is a blessing in my life, as I am someone who always wants others to be happy and show off their pearly whites!
