Liz Miu is a cook, baker and foodie from Sydney who showcases how delicious a plant-based life can be through her funky spunky videos on social media. She is the founder of Mylk and Bun, a vegan cinnamon scroll market stall, which is currently taking the Sydney vegan scene by storm! She has a keen eye for marketing having graduated from the University of Sydney Business School and also provides social media support to smaller food businesses. Combining her extensive background in hospitality with her social media skills, Liz also works as a consultant and recipe developer for vegan restaurants and businesses all across Sydney.
