Hi! I am a health & fitness coach, social media influencer and mum. I love sharing my journey through life on my Instagram and I am lucky to have loyal followers who have supported me through each chapter of my life. I have 2 beautiful daughters who light my up my world! I have a passion for fitness, travel and living life with a positive mindset. I have worked with resorts and hotels both within Australia and overseas, as well as fashion, beauty and baby brands, restaurants, day spas and more. I have also appeared regularly on Channel 9 News "The Pulse" as a guest panelist. I am based in Perth, Western Australia but I am available to travel.
