Jason Owen

Bursting onto the entertainment scene as 2012 runner-up on the X-Factor, Jason Owen is one of Australia’s most popular country music stars who’s had an incredible run of popularity of late. Since 2022, Jason has had more than 20 million views on social media for his at home singing performances. The clean-cut married father-of-one is in demand as a singer, influencer, speaker and ambassador for major brands including Jenny Craig, Panadol and MooGoo. He has a huge fan base and large, constantly growing socials. Jason is committed to mental and physical health awareness, and developing positive mindsets in young people, and heartland Australia. As a psoriasis sufferer he also supports skincare awareness. In 2022 he lost 29kg with Jenny Craig as their celebrity ambassador shooting several TVCs. Jason’s latest album, Jason Owen Sings John Denver reached Number 1 on the ARIA Country Music Charts. Nominated for five music awards including Golden Guitars and CMCs, he’s played at Tamworth Country Music Festival and more. Having grown up in Albert, NSW, as the only child in a town of 12 people, in 2019 Jason founded charity, Doin It For Rural Aussie Kids. Each year he embarks on a charity road trip. He’s travelled more than 30,000km, delivering toys and motivational talks to 3,000 kids isolated regional kids. He won the 2021 NSW/ACT Young Achiever Award for Community Service; their People’s Choice Award; plus Awards Australia’s 2021 People’s Choice Award for Community Achievement.
