Jo Brigden Jones

I'm Jo, a dual Olympic kayaker, paramedic, nurse and small business owner. I competed at the Tokyo 2021 Olympics and the London 2012 Olympics. I work as a paramedic in Sydney and worked during the COVID pandemic. I would love to work with you through social media and I am confident in front of a camera. I frequently do media interviews and I am also a motivational speaker for corporates and school/community groups. I also own a baking campany, named Elite Cake Co. I make custom cakes, cupcakes and cookies to order. I have a passion for food and creating a unique cake for someones special occasion. I specialise in sport, fitness, health and wellness, motivational speaking and presenting and influencing. I have a big passion for pushing myself to my limits to achieve success. I have shown this through racing at the Olympics and have been respresenting Australia for the past 17 years. My sport has taken me all over the world and I regularly travel all over Australia and to Europe. I also work full time as a paramedic and have worked part time as a nurse. My other interests include baking and coffee. I have done many presentations for public companies to a variety of audiences and I represent a number of brands through my sport and am used to working with the media through my sport and work.
