My name is Kara and I am a 26 year old content creator from Brisbane who focuses on healthy living, lifestyle, food and fashion content, and just having some good fun! My Tik Tok content stems from healthy eating ideas, to food and beauty reviews, to putting my own spin on viral trends! I have promptly grown my following to 160k over the past year due to always engaging with my followers through replying to comments as well as having a frequent schedule of 3-6 videos per week, and common themes across my videos for consistency. I am based in Brisbane, Australia, with my highest following being in Australia, with USA coming close second along with smaller percentages of followers from countries such as the UK and Canada. Now that I have established myself on TikTok, I am also keen on growing my Instagram with an exaggeration on Reels content. A little bit about me, I have been in the fitness industry for a number of years and have a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science with a major in Exercise Physiology. I am also studying a Masters of HPE and Science Teaching. Along with this, I have competed in two ICN bodybuilding shows, so would be safe to say I know my fair share on the health and fitness!
