Former professional NRL player. Qualified in personal training and nutrition. I am a father to by two boys and currently engaged to my partner of 12 years Jamie. We have a bengal cat Zeus. I currently run a business selling personalised meal and training plans to people all around the world. My passion is to help people get in their best shape possible. I have always stayed natural and never touched steroids. I love Rugby League, Golf, Horse Racing. I always aim to be healthy and fit whilst enjoying a drink with the mates on the weekend! Often said that life is all about balance and I am big believer in that!
