Hi my name is Krystal, I’m a first time to my beautiful little 6 week old boy Carter. I’m trying to navigate postpartum and being a mum for the first time as well as trying to still make time for myself and fiancé. Mental health is very important to me as I don’t struggle with depression and anxiety. I look forward to working with you Krystal :)
