Kylie Millar

After her appearance on Masterchef in 2012, Kylie ventured out of the TV kitchen and into the world of fine dining, establishing a career by working with many brilliant chefs around the world. Her CV features working with mentors such as Darren Purchese of Melbourne’s Burch & Purchese, Mark Best & Matt Germanchis of Pei Modern, Sydney, Andoni Aduriz at the world-famous Mugaritz in San Sebastian, Spain, & Ben Shewry at Attica in Melbourne. She is currently at Blue Hill Stone Barns under renowned chef Dan Barber. She was also the first national Josephine Pignolet Good Food guide young chef of the Year 2018. Kylie has worked with Coles in developing recipies, Vice as apart of their online video 'Illuminated' series, Nikon as apart of their online blogging content, many live cooking demonstrations and classes for companies such as Callebaut/ Olsson's Salt / Pataks, and also in styling for food shoots. ​ Being creative and innovative with food is Kylie’s passion. “You can bend the rules when it comes to cooking, but as long as you get a smile, that's the icing on the cake."
