Lauren McGuckin is an English born Australian actress, who's pursuit of acting began in numerous musical theatre productions such as Legally Blonde and Jesus Christ Superstar, until being signed by her first agency. Since, she has been featured or starred in roles for commercials, short films, game trailers and independent films distributed throughout the Australian market. In 2017, she had her breakout role of 'Katy', the self-confident high school student, in CryptTV's short film 'Sophie's Turn'. 'Sophie's Turn' has a growing audience of 700k views worldwide. Lauren spends her time between Melbourne, Australia and Los Angeles, working in theatre, film and television.
