Matteo Zamboni

Matteo's passion for food, great leadership skills and sense of hospitality make him one of the most respected Italian chefs in Australia. Over the years, Matteo has collaborated with numerous brands, media platforms, radio channels, magazines and cooking schools. This includes collaborations with Barilla, Sub-Zero Wolf, Schweigen, Cosentino Dekton, Australian Barramundi, Sydney Markets, Rylstone olive oil, Accoutrement, Export Fresh, Game Farm, East 33 and more. ​Matteo was featured several times in publications such as the Good Food, Gourmet Traveller, Broadsheet, Qantas Travel Insider, R&C magazine, Escape and many more. He has also joined various interviews and talks on SBS radio sharing his knowledge and passion for food with the public. ​Matteo has proudly been (and continue to be) involved in various charity events such as the Bestest for kids 2018 and 2019 and the CEO Cook-off for OzHarvest. He has also cooked at a number of collaboration dinners with some of the best chefs in the country.
