Mayatu Nova

Mayatu Nova is a multidisciplinary creative based in Meanjin/Brisbane, working across modelling, media, performance and community arts. She hosts a radio show on 4ZZZ, spotlighting femme and queer artists, and is currently training with triple j to expand her on-air presenting practice nationally. As the founder of Spinning Wildfire, she curates immersive creative events centred on cultural expression, storytelling and community empowerment. With a background in psychology and a strong visual identity, Mayatu brings warmth, confidence and intention to every project — whether in front of the camera, on stage, or behind the mic.
