Maz Compton is one of Australia's favourite media personalities. She has hosted radio and popped up on our TV screens for the best part of a decade, she's fun, captivating and quite unique. With a wealth of on air experience, hosting live radio and television shows to events and fundraisers, Maz knows how to talk the talk, and when she does, people listen (and usually laugh because Maz is really quite funny). Maz has spent time in the USA hosting for Red Bull TV. Her passion for fitness and wellness has resulted in her becoming the proud owner of two F45 training studio's and her popular BLOG is an expression of everything that is authentically her, that people seem to love.
