Hi I'm Mona from Sydney & I'm a mum of three amazing kids - 2 girls 9 & 7, 1 boy 6. I began my page documenting my health journey whilst losing an incredible +45kg following a ketogenic and low carb lifestyle. This is where my passion for recipe creations began. I love working with brands showcasing their products in easy, delicious and nutritious meals that are not only macro and calorie friendly - but also kid approved! I love to travel and showcase what Sydney has to offer whether it be for restaurant visits, fun experiences, staycations etc. I also offer UGC for brands that align with my page. I come from a corporate financial background of 23years, my work ethic is strong, I'm focussed and I deliver on what I promise.
