Natasha Elford

Hi, my name is Tash. I absolutely love helping others with their personal/fitness goals. My passion is to be an influence on other females being comfortable with oneself. I work in the fitness industry as a manager at a gym and a personal trainer. I have over 5 years in the Military and gained great discipline. To date, I have worked with a few photographers for self-growth and professionalism within the Brisbane/Gold Coast area. I have achieved serval bodybuilding competitions and overall winner, with the experience of competing overseas in America. I recently did a portfolio shoot with The Photo Studio in Brisbane. What makes me, me? Is that I am unique in my own style. I am raw, real, myself, self-caring, and confident with my speech. I can work within a team and independently. I love new experiences and quality is a core value, that everything I do is with excellence.
