The growth of that business led to the next - Flat Out Mum where I aim to inform, empower & celebrate #mumlife I used social media & my blog to create an engaged audience of every day Aussie Mums. In 2016 I launched the first Retreat specifically for tired, busy Mums & have since held many sold out Retreats in Melbourne & Bali.
