I’m an active and outgoing individual who owns my own business in the fitness industry. I’m the sole owner of the balanced runner and work as a running consultant to athletes from beginners to professionals and everything in between. An ex elite hockey player, playing professionally overseas and for my country I lived in 3 countries for extended periods of time over the past decade. I love my family and friends, running and my dog.
