Im 33 years old. I’m a qualified Pilates & Yoga instructor passionate about women’s health and fitness. I’m currently pregnant in my second trimester and would love to start posting about pregnancy fitness & products that support a healthy pregnancy. I currently run a social media account doing content creation for a large Australian fitness company and want to focus on content creation (especially reels) for my own account. I have 2 beautiful dogs who I love so much, and 2 step kiddies with my partner.
