Hi, My name is Santina. I am a mum of 2 beautiful children, a wife and a fur mum to three dogs and one cat. I am a sucker for always helping stray animals 🙈 Whilst my number 1 job is mum, I also run my own business as a Pilates and Nutritional Coach. I am passionate about Self-Care and creating Small Sustainable Habits that brings the best out in everyone and building an Instagram community around trust and hyping women up to be their best selves.
