My name is Sissel, known as Siss. Originally from Norway, now residing on the sunny Gold Coast. Previously ingrained in the travel industry with fitness as my hobby/ addiction. Recovering fitoholic, who is now working as a group fitness trainer with an in-depth interest in post and post natal. Qualified personal trainer and pilates instructor. Adore my my 3year old girl and have a boy due any day. Our road to parenting wasn't easy, so another passion of mine is sharing our journey about infertility and pregnancy loss, as I feel it's still a subject that needs to be spoken about more. This ties in my passion about women's health, both physically and mentally. I wouldn't call myself an influencer, as I am very selective with the brands I apply to work with. I'm all for being authentic and true to myself. I'm not here to gain followers, or earn the big bucks, I more see it as an opportunity to educate, connect and share the real ups and downs of what life throws at you. My followers are 70-80% women, around the 25-39 age bracket, so I feel what I share will be relatable to many.
