Hi there! I am a Health and Wellness blogger! I am a qualified PT, Mindfulness and Meditation teacher and soon to be Pilates instructor :) I have worked with big names in Activewear and been an ambassador for many brands! My portfolio includes photo shoots I’ve done for campaigns! I’m in my late thirties, I live in Sydney and originally I am from Wales. My passion is Mindfulness and Meditation, I like teaching and helping people heal and grow! My main focus at this stage in my career is to produce valuable and educational content that my audience can learn from. I would like to give back to people struggling with Mental Health conditions and offer them support.
