Sophie is an actor, creator and advocate based in Sydney. She is a fresh faced, funny and creative presence that focusses on health, happiness, travel and adventure with a smile and lots of fun. After spending over 6 years on our television screens as Ziggy on Home and Away she has spent her time travelling with her partner and her dog as well as making content, acting and enjoying life.
