Stanley Lam

Hi, I am Stanley. I am a Brisbane based fitness professional, actor, and aspiring model with experience in health, sports, and lifestyle shoots. With a strong background in calisthenics and strength training, I bring an athletic, lean, and functional look that works well across fitness, medical, and active lifestyle brands. On the acting side, I have appeared in multiple productions including the role of Rocco in a television pilot, Aaron in the student short film Flower Girl, and as a special abilities extra in a military feature film. Alongside this, I have worked in modelling and lifestyle videos, where I am confident on camera, reliable on set, and easy to direct. I come from a diverse Asian background, love action and staying active, and always aim to bring energy and professionalism to every project I am part of.
