Hi my name is Stephanie Teudt. I am a fun, easy going & fast learning 27 year old. I am currently into my 5th year of running my own Personal Training business. Outside of that I do Fitness Modelling for both Instagram & on the big stage, competing in bikini bodybuilding competitions. I have 10 years experience in promotional work & 5 years experience in the fitness modelling industry.
