I’m a content creator and strategist based in Idaho, balancing life as a mom of two with my love for creating, sharing, and inspiring. My work brings together health and wellness, home décor and DIY, motherhood, and gardening to tell a story of intentional and joyful living. As a mom, I know how busy and meaningful everyday life can be, which is why I create content that’s both practical and relatable—whether it’s a quick DIY to refresh a space, a wellness tip to help busy moms feel energized, or garden inspiration for Idaho’s unique seasons. I believe even small changes can transform the way we live and feel in our homes and bodies. Health and wellness fuel much of my work, because caring for ourselves is the foundation for caring for everything else. My creativity for home décor and DIY keeps me dreaming up simple, budget-friendly ways to make spaces more beautiful and functional. Gardening is equally important to me—it’s grounding, rewarding, and a way to connect with nature while teaching my kids where food comes from.
