I have always been one to go to the gym and work out but, after hitting a certain age, my body was no longer responding the way I wanted it to. I gained weight, loss muscle , and was unhappy with my body, and most importantly, I was uncomfortable in my own skin. I tried various workout regimens, all types of meal plans, a few apps, but had no success. Thankfully, I was blessed to be connected with an amazing fitness coach who educated me on the importance of mindset, nutrition, and discipline and this is what changed the game for me. Here I am- fit and fab over 40 and rocking the best body I’ve ever had.
